All of the Emergency Medicine/ Pediatric residents took a limo to the Pediatric banquet first and then to the EM banquet. They were both on the same night. Mike was the only EM/Peds graduating resident this year.
Here is the only picture of us taken that night. We are at the Pediatric banquet here.
The EM/Peds group of residents at the Pediatric banquet. Jen Walthall, girl on the top left, was head over the EM/Peds group and gave Mike his award at this banquet.
James Hoffman was a fellow Pediatric resident and a good friend of Mike's. He was also graduating the same night.
Tyler and Amelia Pierce were Mormon friends of ours, but not in the same ward. Tyler was a first year EM/Peds resident. Four more years to go!
Thanks again for letting our kids be babysat at your house and crash that night.
Here is Mike on the right giving an award speech to a faculty member Tony Seupaul.
Tony is a great friend of Mike's who wrote him an excellent recommendation letter.
After the banquet, Mike was hanging out with a few of his fellow EM graduating residents.
Mike was one of three senior resident chiefs on the
EM program. To the left of Mike is Ryan Heyborne and on the right was Chris McDowell.
Mike also was one of three chiefs to run the fast track shifts (5-11pm every night). This was a moonlighting service for EM residents.

The graduating senior class of EM residents! In the middle is Carey Chisholm, head of the EM program at Indiana.
CONGRATULATIONS MIKE ON FINISHING OUT YOUR FIVE YEAR RESIDENCY!
